The Senior Systems Analyst will be primarily responsible for the firm's Exchange and Active Directory environment of 30+ offices and 1,600 users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise with the operation, monitoring, maintenance, installation, and configuration of our Microsoft Exchange messaging platform as well as Active Directory.


  • Highly proficient with MS Exchange, Active Directory and experienced in supporting enterprise messaging platforms
  • Proficient with Microsoft technologies, VMWare technologies, Windows server 2008/2012, Windows 7+, and disaster recovery technologies
  • Should be familiar with MobileIron or similar MDM products
  • Experienced in enterprise change and incident management best practices, Citrix infrastructure support and creating, updating, managing server images
  • Familiar with SCCM to package/patch/report operating systems and cloud based messaging platform migrations
  • 5+ year's technical experience supporting large infrastructures
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities
  • Ability to self manage projects, and providers
  • Must have customer care experience
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends and rotating on-call duties
  • Microsoft Certifications & ITIL Certified desired


  • Administer, manage and maintain firm wide Active Directory/Exchange environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve A/D (group policy) and Messaging related issues
  • Review/Monitor performance of enterprise applications and software to determine overall health
  • Work closely with vendors to resolve issues that have been escalated for third-level support
  • Research, recommend and implement additional systems in order to improve performance and stability
  • Stay current with trends in messaging, security and cloud computing
  • Perform all routine administration and maintenance, including patching, applying security updates, and disaster recovery of systems
  • Create and maintain documentation related to installations and configurations
  • Respond as a second-level escalation point for Help Desk personnel
  • Participate in daily team activities and communicate effectively
  • Address "System Outage" events (affecting multiple people, not individuals)
