CTO will be responsible for the entire infrastructure of this financial institution and will report to the Chief Information Officer, providing sound technical leadership in all aspects of the Banks Infrastructure. The CTO will communicate with employees, stakeholders, Executives and Board Members to ensure the company’s technologies are used appropriately and are up to date.


  • Develop Infrastructure technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
  • Help departments use technology efficiently to ensure profitability
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
  • Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
  • Ensure company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
  • Representing company at conferences and networking events
  • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
  • Mentoring team members
  • Maintaining network security with IT team
  • Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans
  • Supervising workflow of IT department
  • Reviewing timeframes and budgets
  • Setting company technical vision and leading company’s technological development


  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
  • Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research and to impart that knowledge to all levels of staff as well as stakeholders in an understandable manner
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Strategic thinking
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, subordinates, and other senior management throughout the company
  • Able to align multiple strategies and ideas
  • In-depth understanding of the industry
  • Eight to ten years’ experience in information technology role, or related field; five years in management or leadership role
  • Experience with technology relative to industry; .Net, C#, SQL Server, VMware, SD Wan, Cisco switches and Routers
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
