Our client is looking to hire a Sales Director that will focus on the corporate sector.  This individual will build a portfolio of new clients and manage those relationships to identify opportunities to match the firm's products with customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new client relationships with corporate in order to sell the entire product suite
  • Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through onboarding to actively trading
  • Manage existing client relationships, establishing the firm as the provider of choice for trade finance, working capital, and treasury solutions
  • Keep current on  products and how the value proposition compares to competitors

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively interact with corporate CFO’s, Treasurers and Assistant Treasurers
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running and independently manage a book of business
  • 8+ years experience, ideally advising corporates in trade finance, working capital, debt finance or other related products
  • Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for new products and wants to get intimately involved in building a growing business
  • Relationship-focused, with an emphasis on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Team-player who is willing to drive strategic projects, RFP’s, and other new opportunities
  • Ability to travel as necessary to visit clients, attend conferences, etc. (<25%)
