This is a remote position for 2020.
Our client is partnering with a Pharma company to provide interim management support including activities such as:

  • Provide project management overseeing day-to-day activities to support omni-channel tactical and capability transformation projects planned for the year 2020
  • Ensure coordination between tactical and capability projects
  • Develop status reports, program plans to report on workstream progress, and share progress status across Senior management and steering committee forums
  • Support core team to prioritize, track and manage their key initiatives

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work to program manage various workstreams and initiatives under Omnichannel program
  • Coordinate with project managers and leads to report on project status, provide leadership updates, communicate risks, and develop mitigation plans


  • Cross-workstream and project tracking through coordination with project and workstream leads
    • Manage day-to-day activity with stakeholders
  • Consolidate project status, identify risks & roadblocks, and share program updates
    • Create project plans/timelines
    • Provide regular follow up summaries (open questions, confirmations, action items) on the project progress
  • Coordinate with leadership team to implement strategies to solve for obstacles
  • Manage key stakeholders’ discussions and meetings
  • Track business use case needs and check that requirements are being met
  • Ad-hoc program management and support as required and enable cross-team coordination

Experience in Life science, Pharma, Technology, Marketing and Omnichannel, Scrum. Kanban, Microsoft PPT, Excel, project, outlook
