The Product Manager will have a strategic, commercial and technical mindset, playing a crucial role in large-scale, high-quality projects that are designed to deliver real business results and solve complex technical and operational challenges.

This role will be instrumental in driving digital growth and transformation across the firm's US business. The candidate will have extensive experience in working within a digital advertising environment and will be comfortable operating at the cutting edge of digital innovation and practice.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure all aspects of product development and partnership programs are in full alignment with the business’ strategic and revenue growth goals
  • Take primary responsibility for effectively implementing the delivery and operationalization of the firm's Out of Home advertising technology products and partnerships
  • Work in partnership with the Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, and team leaders to define, plan, and execute the implementation of technology development, deployments, and integrations
  • Provide regular project and product development updates to senior management
  • Assess new technologies, data products/providers and their relevance to the organization
  • Play a significant role in managing external providers and partners

Product Development Responsibilities

Work with product owners and engineering team to:

  • Understand and document the functional and non-functional requirements for the US business and product
  • Assess the value of each requirement, to appropriately plan and prioritize product feature backlog in alignment with US business and product strategy
  • Provide backlog management, ensuring the pipeline of requirements is well defined and groomed
  • Ensure team is provided with the information and data required to plan, test, and implement feature development
  • Proactively identify and mitigate impediments to successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Communicate new releases and general functionality updates to internal stakeholders
  • Create release plans; write & execute test scripts as required
  • Work with Business Operations team to ensure new products and features are understood, adopted to ensure existing business processes are optimized and automated

Skills and experience required:

  • 5+ years experience in digital Product Management functions, business analysis and project management
  • Experience in product roadmap development.
  • Ideally, come from one of the following backgrounds: digital media, programmatic & AdTech, digital Out of Home
  • Be comfortable with a high-level of ownership working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be unphased by complexity and ambiguity
  • Be proactive, tenacious and resilient, adept at overcoming obstacles to find solutions
  • Have an excellent understanding of UX / User Experience, product roadmaps, KPI setting, performance evaluation, benefits analysis, customer research
