Description

This is a Contract to Hire position, remote during Covid restrictions, ET business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, Facilitation & Stakeholder Management
  • Brings clarity to complex situations to help better define scope and other areas of ambiguity
  • Understands and communicates the vision of others; translates organizational goals into actionable plans
  • Outlines and communicate key project vision, objectives, benefits, and case for change.
  • Ensure full alignment around Project Charter/initiation activities
  • Manage stakeholders and lead team to deliver on expected business benefits
  • Manage the perception and messaging around the initiative, with a focus on those that will be impacted by what the initiative seeks to accomplish
  • Facilitate cross functional workshops utilizing various tools and techniques in order to drive teams to decision and deliver on initiative objective
  • Scope & Benefit Management
  • Manages initiatives with complex/involved scope, with several cross work-stream and cross initiative dependencies
  • Enable delivery of dynamic scope within a SAFe construct
  • Works closely with project sponsors to ensure tracking and delivery of business value and benefits
  • Ensure significant scope changes are transparent to all stakeholders and impacts to business benefits are incorporated
  • Manage initiatives of varying duration across different teams, Agile Release Trains, and business areas
  • Ensure that appropriate resourcing and delivery commitment is met
  • Establish and maintain key milestone delivery plan (and whatever detail is needed based on the initiative)
  • Monitor project progress against commitment
  • Ensure that project resource time estimates are accurately reflected in the corporate project management tool, to facilitate reporting on actuals for cost estimates

Requirements:

  • Claims Operations Experience
  • Service Center / Call Center Operations Experience
  • Disability, Leave Absence Experience
  • Ability to manage timelines, risks, set up process changes
  • Ability to build and manage business processes
