Description

The Manager, Customer Acquisition will own the growth and retention strategies. Responsibilities will include development, execution, and optimization of integrated acquisition, retention and win-back campaigns to drive growth. The Manager will also focus on keeping customers engaged and active across all touch-points, with the intention of optimizing LTV. Responsibilities will include managing paid social, search, affiliate and other growth marketing platforms. This is a unique chance to help shape a vital community and loyal brand following using data-driven strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the position of our brand and develop an in-depth understanding of the user to inform strategy that drives LTV and other established KPIs
  • Develop highly efficient performance driven media plans that effectively promote our brands, content and membership platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Director of Marketing and Growth to develop integrated marketing strategies and plans for key tentpoles and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the creative team to prepare all aspects of executing the paid media campaigns from brief writing to copy correction
  • Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to promote the right products at the right time
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition marketing efforts across multiple channels (e.g., SEM, SEO, display, social), and manage our marketing agency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - all backgrounds encouraged. Analytics backgrounds strongly preferred
  • 6-8 years experience
  • Required: Google Analytics,SEO, fluency with various BI tools and platform integrations
  • Analyze user behavior and performance by product, geography, platform, programming, and other factors to understand usage, LTV, and churn
  • Establish and conduct tests for new strategies to keep customers engaged or win them back following inactivity or churn
  • Report out on overall acquisition, engagement and retention rates (and key drivers) to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Partner with Research & Analytics team to build and refine dashboard and analyze campaign performance
  • Interest in weight lifting and workout supplements is a plus
