OOH is an increasingly digital channel, and the future growth of the OOH advertising sector will be driven by digital inventory and digital-first agencies and marketers who develop and grow their use of the channel. The firm's digital solutions strategy is to enable these agencies and marketers to understand and easily apply these digital advertising solutions to their OOH campaigns and to do so in close alignment with their cross-platform initiatives. These solutions include but are not limited to data driven audience targeting, flexible and dynamic media buying, and outcome-based measurement.

The Digital Solutions manager will support the VP, Digital solutions in designing, developing, articulating and selling these solutions across the firm's North America’s clients and agency portfolio. They will help identify opportunities for the firm to improve and extend its digital solutions offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as subject matter expert on products/solutions internally and externally, with client and agency partners
  • Develop a deep, expert understanding of the firm's audience targeting, campaign optimization, measurement capabilities, including partnership and proprietary products and services that the firm provides across the campaign lifecycle
  • Learn how to use different UIs (i.e., programmatic DSP and audience intelligence platforms) to respond to internal RFPs to provide teams with guidance on strategy, audience recommendations, and/or pricing.
  • Organize, manage, and prioritize pipeline of account requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to include digital solutions on their campaigns
  • Take the lead on industry research and identify potential new and additional partners, capable of further developing digital solutions capabilities
  • Manage communication between account teams/clients and vendors - know what questions to ask and be able to relay conversations clearly and concisely
  • Collect feedback from teams about products/solutions and workflow
  • Support internal workflows and identify ways to optimize them

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience working in tech UIs/platforms
  • Familiarity with OOH buying process and media owners in the space
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve
  • Knowledge of cross-channel media planning, including digital/online, and the wider advertising landscape
  • Prior experience in dealing with high profile brands and advertisers
  • A strategic, creative, and analytical thinker
  • Strong ability to work with teams across disciplines
  • Highly organized, self-motivated
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel Proficiency- Intermediate to Advanced
