History of Career Techniques

In 2006 Career Techniques Inc. was created to support a 20 year technology consulting staffing practice. With a team of four coming from the consulting industry Career Techniques was born. Our clients immediately requested that we address their contingency recruiting needs since we already understood their organizational structures and needs. Our consulting and contingency client base now services not only the New York Tri-state area, but also Chicago, Texas, North Carolina and other domestic locations. Our clients have grown to include financial services, legal, consumer, publishing, media and nonprofit firms. We specialize in technology and most recently have branched out to support finance and accounting recruiting including audit, compliance, FP&A, accounting, and more. For many of our clients we also recruit for administrative staff as needed.

Career Techniques consulting practice is diversified in nature. Our expertise lies in Project Managers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Development, Web Development, QA and more. Most of our work is on a time and materials basis as directed by our clients. We support a variety of business services including, but not limited to: commodities and trading, insurance, both retail and investment banking, legal and nonprofit.

Career Techniques contingency practice ranges from the CIO level to the developer and everyone in-between. We support all areas of business from front to middle to back office needs.
