Scope of Work

Future State Definition

A detailed breakdown of the skills, capabilities, and roles required by 2027 to support the envisioned organizational structure across all departments.

Current State Assessment

An analysis of the organization’s current skills, capabilities, and roles to establish a baseline.

Gap Analysis

A clear identification of the gaps between the current state and the future state.

People Strategy Development

A comprehensive strategy addressing the identified gaps. This strategy should include talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning, etc.

Implementation Workplan

A detailed workplan for implementing the people strategy in 2026 (with further refinements as needed in 2027). This should include change management considerations as well.

HR Structure Optimization

Recommended org structure that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function
