Job description
Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is looking for RTE and STE PMs/Engineers with SAFe experience to facilitate their ARTs and solution train processes.
Job requirements:
- Ensure the success of Agile of release trains (ARTs) for high priority IT / Business objectives, with a focus on data lake, data, visualizations, and business applications of the data
- Continuous communication with stakeholders, enhancing project infrastructure, efficient delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and team leads to ensure alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate dependencies between teams Identify, communicate, and remove obstacles that hinder ART progress, escalating issues when necessary
- Facilitates program-level processes, manages risks and transparent communication with stakeholders
- Track and report on program progress, key performance indicators, and delivery timelines to stakeholders
- Conduct retrospectives, gather feedback, and implement changes to improve team effectiveness and quality
Requirements
- Pharma experience, preferably in R&D or clinical
- 10+ Years Agile Project Management Experience
- Key set of workstreams for high priority IT / Business objectives, focus is on data lake, data, visualizations, and business applications of the data
- Agile/Scrum Certifications
- Deep understanding of SAFe agile frameworks, communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking
